  Prescriptions by Fax

 We highly encourage prescribers and clients to send prescriptions via fax. If faxing a new prescription (non refill), please include patient address, phone number, DOB (date of birth), and any medication allergies. After sending a fax, it is recommended for the customer or patient to call us to confirm time of pick up or mail status.

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for your prescription to be filled.
