Prescriptions by Fax
Prescribers and clients can send prescriptions via fax.
After sending fax, it is recommended to call to verify the order and pick up or mail status.

Refills by eMail
Prescribers and clients can send refills via email (allow 48 hours for filling process).
When sending email, we request the you type the word "REFILL" in the Subject Field. Please list the RX number, your name and your contact phone number. In addition, please indicate
if your prescription is going to be picked-up or if you would like us to mail it to you.
